Readers of Boston.com have named our portrait of Dinah and Chris as one of the best wedding images of 2012! Congratulations Dinah and Chris! How could you not love a photo of such a beautiful couple!!
We are so excited to share a few of our favorites from Megan and Prasanth's wedding day! Their ceremony incorporated Indian wedding ceremony elements and bold colorful flowers. Kinney Bungalow provided a perfect backdrop for the brilliantly sunny autumn day, and I adored photographing all of the beautiful henna created by Henna by Heather the lovely flowers by Robin Hollow Farm. Congratulations Megan and Prasanth!!
Our Santa portrait sessions were a huge success at our portrait studio in Portsmouth NH! The families enjoyed not having to wait in line and we were able to add a good number of children's coats to our winter coat drive! One image we love from tonight is this image of little Tuck showing off his dad's iphone to Santa. Enter a caption below and the best caption will receive a special surprise gift from our studio. We'll pick a winner on Tuesday (December 18th, 5 pm).
Enna and I love road trips in New England! So we were excited to hit the road to Vermont to meet Rachel and Dan, whose wedding we will be photographing next summer. We met up with Rachel and Dan at their families get-away home nestled in the hills, on a dirt road, with a river running behind it. I know, right?!?! Could it be any more Vermont?!?! The day was perfect as we caught the gorgeous light as the sun was setting and walked with their puppy in the fields, visited an old barn down the road, and wrapped it up with some killer shots of them in the river. We can't wait to see them next summer for their wedding at Yale University with our good friend and wedding planner Diana of Jubilee Events! Cheers ~Mattion
Enna and I are excited to be sharing Caitlin and Michael's engagement photos! These two beautiful musicians (Michael leads a choir and Caitlin sings opera) met at Tufts University, where we met up for their session. If you don't about the Tuft's campus, you'll enjoying knowing they have a cannon the students paint on a nightly basis, and are home to Jumbo the elephant, a kissing tradition under the arch, and have a beautiful chapel on the hill. The fall day we had was perfect for their engagement photos and Caitlin and Michael had some fun with the leaves and walking around the campus and as the sun set they changed and we headed inside the chapel for some fun photos of them with the piano. I loved seeing how much fun they have together at the piano. Their wedding will be at the Somerville Armory next summer and we can't wait to see them again! ~ Mattion
