Danielle + Rob | a Perfect July Wedding at Willowdale Estate

Rob and Danielle's wedding at Willowdale Estate was a perfect blend of thoughtful details, exciting  flowers, and pure fun and joy in the crowd. We had a blast photographing the day for these two and their families, and we're so happy to share a few of our favorite pics here! Danielle brought in our favorite makeup artist Joanne of Joya Beauty in for the day, and Rob directed the bold color combinations of the gorgeous flowers by Michele Bernard - we love his "pocket square" blooming boutonniere!

We witnessed one of the CLASSIEST things in our whole career as wedding photographers at Rob and Danielle's wedding. The place-card table contained row upon row of rolled up scrolls of paper for each guest and couple. We see pretty paper things like this quite often, so we didn't put much thought into what the inside might look like until we saw the guests entering the cocktail reception, hands on hearts, wiping tears from eyes, sharing their scrolls with each other in wide-eyed wonder. Each scroll was a personal hand-written note from the bride and groom. And it wasn't just a "welcome to our wedding" message... it was personal and heartfelt, uniquely tailored to each person at the wedding. We were just floored when we considered the time and effort that went into writing each of these notes!
