The McNitts | Wolfeboro Family Portraits

In 2004 Enna and I had the pleasure of being hired to photograph Suzanne (owner of Green Olive Catering) and Steve's wedding on Lake Winnipesaukee. Our oldest son Ollie was only about 2 months old at the time, and I recall shooting with the Fuji S2 and using 512MB cards! Oh how things have changed! But you know, the more things change the more they stay the same. And this is a good thing as the McNitts are all still the same life-loving family we met 7 years ago. Suzanne's mom, Nancy, is a shutterbug herself and has kept in touch with us over the years sending friendly emails, wedding referrals and the occasional phone call to talk shop and to just check in and see how we are. I always look back at finalizing Suzanne's wedding album with fond memories of visiting Nancy and Robert's beautiful farm house and drinking good wine while making image selections.  :) So when Nancy called to schedule a family portrait session for this month I was pretty excited. Steve picked me up in the boat and brought me out to the family island which is a gem of a place, and we started with some formal photos of everyone together on the boat house dock before jumping in Rusty's boat (Suzanne's brother) for some fun shots of the family cruising the lake. It was bit choppy that day so we stayed on the calmer side of the island.  Suzanne and Steve now have two gorgeous children of their own and Rusty is also married and has built himself a nice house on a neighboring island on the lake. Spending the day with the McNitts was a real treat and I hope another seven years don't go by before I see them all again!
